Starting in 2012- Classes will take place at San Luis Kitchen Company, 3598 Broad St., San Luis Obispo, CA (unless otherwise noted). The kitchens are beautifully unique, well designed and equipped with the latest up to date appliances, drawers, cabinets, and anything else you can imagine! The ambiance is charming, the showroom spacious and it lends itself to cooking classes! The showroom belongs in LA or SF, but it is right here in SLO!

Debbie offers day time classes on any class you would like or create a class to meet your needs! Daytime custom classes from 11 am to 2 pm or 12 pm to 3 pm. You need to provide a MINIMUM of 6 participants and CCC will arrange it for you. Same price and same great menus as scheduled evening classes! These are small, more intimate private classes geared towards your schedule and interests. For more information- call Jerry at 805 440-9190.

During each class, Debbie always shares lots of great food tips involving nutrition, cooking tips, shopping tips, where to buy, where to dine and how to get organized to cook and entertain. Always a relaxing atmosphere with the result of each guest being pampered, educated and fed. 

Debbie takes pride in her culinary education and feels that it is best put to use when shared. It's never been just a job for her it has been her passion and that is evident when you enter the doors at Central Coast Culinary. Our clients, students and volunteers have become a part of our large family and we are proud to call them friends!
