My latest trip planned to Italy! We will be learning all about the mystique of the truffle, it's uses and incredible flavors, the art of risotto making and all the wonderful wines that come out of this beautiful region. I plan to take 10 with me, and we will leave a few days prior to meeting Pamela just to acclimate to the country and the time change. Always a back door experience that one can never duplicate on any other type of tour. Join us, thes tours are incredible - that is why I have so many repeaters!

Debbie takes small groups of students to Italy one to two times a year to study Italian food, wine and, of course, the culture. The trips consist of hands- on
cooking classes, visits to Artisan chef’s restaurants and kitchens, wineries, historical food venues as well as other cultural experiences. The trips are guided by Pamela Sheldon Johns who has a famous cooking school and bed and breakfast in Tuscany. In fact, Pamela has authored many well regarded Italian Artisan Cookbooks. The trips are always "back door" trips featuring experiences one would never have if they did not live in Italy or have the connections that Pamela's fame has brought her.
